ETA on the TBD features..?

Howdy! I'm interested in the RUSP because every day. I'm slowly being driven insane by my current handmedown iphone. While looking at the website's various information on it, I noticed that in the User reference there's some To Be Decided features:
- Receive a text
- Send a text
- Change electronic call volume
- Change speakerphone volume
- Switch between speakerphone and normal volume
I'm in particular interested in the texting features, because I do like having information written down for accuracy, especially when it comes to scheduling hours with employers... Do we know if these features are still in the works?
